Cottage 1+2Cottage 1 – a renovated traditional Wallachian wooden cottage dating from 1870. The renovation took place in the 1970s, when a substantial part of the log structure and the roof were replaced, and two large bedrooms were created from the attic space. Cottage 2 – a completely rebuilt former dilapidated farm building converted into a recreational property. 3+1 and 3+1 with max. 24 beds. |

Prices valid from September 1, 2021
The prices include:
- Extra beds
- Bedding
- Air charge
- Firewood for the fireplace in the heating season
Prices do not include:
- Electricity consumption (6 CZK/kWh)
- Dog size S/M/L 100 CZK/stay
- Deposit 2000 CZK
Basic rules for stays:
- The minimum stay is 3 nights (or 2 nights for a Friday-Sunday weekend)
- Weekend stays are possible all year round, except during the summer season (July - August). Weekend rental: Friday to Sunday or Thursday to Sunday. Weekend stays from Friday to Sunday count as 3 nights.
- During the summer season (July - August), only weekly stays are possible (from Saturday to Saturday).
- New Year's Eve stay (minimum 5 nights), the price is fixed: Cottage 1 – 32,000 CZK, Cottage 2 – 25,000 CZK, both cottages – 57,000 CZK.
- If you are interested in a stay other than weekend or weekly from Saturday to Saturday, write to us and we will calculate the price individually.
- Electricity consumption (5 CZK/kWh) is always paid at the end of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
- The customer has the right to withdraw from the order at any time without cancellation fees from the accommodation price charged by the accommodation provider, within 30 days before the ordered date, exclusively in writing (email). The moment of withdrawal is considered to be the date of delivery of the order cancellation document to the accommodation provider.
- When withdrawing from a confirmed order after the specified period, the customer is obliged to pay the accommodation provider cancellation fees in the amount of 100% of the paid deposit for the stay.
- If the customer arranges for a refund, no cancellation fees apply.
